Insurance is accepted for Pennsylvania residents with the following plans: Independence Blue Cross, Keystone Health Plan East, AmeriHealth, Highmark Premier Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, and Aetna. HSA cards are also accepted. Please verify your specific benefits before scheduling, as coverage varies. Jen is not in-network with Medicare or Medicaid.
Yes, telehealth sessions are available for clients outside of the West Chester, PA area. Insurance benefits currently only apply to Pennsylvania residents. Out-of-state clients are welcome to pay out of pocket or use HSA funds.
Right Balance Nutrition requires 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. A $50 late cancellation or no-show fee applies, billed directly to you and not covered by insurance. Please respect this policy to allow other clients access to care.
