A registered dietitian who turned her own health struggles into expertise — and now helps hundreds of women find answers that conventional medicine missed.
I work with women who are struggling with unwanted weight gain, fatigue, digestive issues, and symptoms that no one else seems to be able to explain. If you've tried everything and still don't feel well, I understand — because I've been there too.
I have dealt with digestive issues, hormone imbalance, and food sensitivities for most of my life. As a child I suffered from constipation and bloating. As a teenager, my poor diet led to cystic acne, heavy periods, recurrent sinus infections, and years of antibiotic use that further damaged my gut. At 28, I was diagnosed with a rare form of cervical cancer — caught early, treated surgically — but the post-operative infection and IV antibiotics left me with chronic IBS-D that no doctor seemed willing or able to address.
Frustrated and determined, I turned to integrative and functional medicine. Through functional stool testing, I finally got the answers I'd been searching for. Following a gut protocol changed everything — my IBS resolved, my energy returned, I reached a healthy weight, and kept it off. I became a believer.
That personal transformation led me to become a Registered Dietitian. And it's why I work the way I do — digging deeper, looking for root causes, and building a plan that works for your unique body. You are never alone in this journey.
